At Dallas JDM Motors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn apparel.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label and drop off your package at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5 business days.
